A Halloween Murder Mystery

Monday, November 2, 2015

My friend Steph had the idea of hosting a Halloween party for some of our friends here in Lux. We landed on a murder mystery game theme. I was really impressed by everyone getting into character. We made tons of halloween themed goodies. All in all it was a great night to celebrate Halloween after not for the past 4 years.

Let's Fla'mingle' with Brynn - A First Birthday

Tuesday, July 28, 2015

On friday our sweet Brynn turned one.
We celebrated her on Saturday with a Flamingo-Pinepapple party. I was excited when I chose this theme. We had fruit in waffle cones under a pineapple tree, flamingo grape skewers, veggie cups, a cheese tray, cupcakes, pineapple cookies, melt away cookies, flamingo and pineapple lollipops,  and pink lemonade. I thoroughly enjoyed buying everything and setting it up set to perfection for our little. I did so much DIY that I don't think I want to make another thing. She had a blast with all of her little friends. I was a bad momma and forgot to get a good picture of her in her outfit. By the end when I tried to catch up on all the photos I had forgot to take she was covered in cake and ready for a nap. I'll share what photos I did get!

Twinsies 50th Birthday Party

Sunday, March 2, 2014

As you all know we had a previous surprise party for my momma on her actual BIRTHday, but my aunt and uncle had been planning a BIG 50th party in Florida with my moms twin and all the family.

Let me just say it was A-MAZE-ing. We had the party at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football Stadium. We were right up top by the pirate ship. I had personally never been to a professional football stadium so it was so cool to see it all and especially not crowded. Even though I bet it is a blast with all the fans. Boy, did we sweat our booties off until the sun went down.

We had some appetizers and then a YUMMY meal. It included salad, chicken, hangar steak, rolls, potatoes, veggie medley and of course birthday cake. Which I didn't get a picture of.

I was so happy for my momma and her twin Tom to finally be able to celebrate their birthday together. All but one of my moms siblings showed up so that to was a blessing. I am extra happy that Brad and I were able to be home to participate in all the festivities. I would have totally felt left out. We had such an amazing time! Now for a large photo dump of the party. Enjoy!
