Brynn's [ELEVEN] Month Update

Wednesday, June 24, 2015

Weight: 21 pounds 1 ounce(i guess all the walking has made her lose a few ounces.)

Height: 30.5 inches

Clothes: 12-18 months and size 5/6 shoe

Sleep: Takes about two 2 hour naps a day, unless she naps 4 hours straight randomly.(yes, that happened) Still not a good night sleeper up every 4 to 5 hours.

Food: She will eat any and everything ALL day long. Nursing every 5 to 7 hours daily and whenever waking up at night. Looking for ways to start weaning in a month. Would love any suggestions!

She now has 3 teeth and working on the fourth.

Has started to run, even if she falls over more times than not.

She loves kids and has an absolute ball at daycare and the church nursery.

Blows kisses with the back of her hand.

Waves constantly.

She will let you know if she doesn't want to do something. Strong willed little babe.

Loves the water, swinging and her ball.

Brynn, you have become such a fun spirited little girl. You keep my days interesting. It is such a soft spot watching you grow up and become more independent. You are almost one and boy does it tug some heart strings. I love you so much more each day than I ever thought possible my beautiful girl.

I've been a little MIA from the blog since coming home. Everything has been nothing less than crazy. We are enjoying being back home for the summer something bad. I love to watch Brynn with my parents and all our friends. She has really grown quickly this past month and is so much fun. As you know from her 10 month post of walking…. she is into EVERYTHING. She definitely keeps me on my toes.

We went to Florida for 2 weeks 4 days after getting back from Europe. It was such an amazing trip. I hate that we can't be there longer.

We spent some time in our college town seeing some of our best friends. That too is another place I always hate leaving.(Good thing they are headed here Friday!)

Brad and I are both back into the full swing of work. Brynn is at her first in home daycare and it's amazing. Brad is in his 2nd week of basketball camp that he puts on, loving it as always.

We head to Iowa for fourth of July to see my dads side of the family and can't wait! They haven't seen Brynn since she was 7 weeks old.

I have been working long and hard on Brynn's first birthday flamingo-pineapple extravaganza. Along with custom invites and pineapple flower arrangements. Let's be real, her birthday party is really actually for me. She won't remember a thing, but she will be lookin' super cute and eat lots of cake!

Lots of sunshine and pool days.

Playing outside is our new favorite…..and eating rocks.

I feel like every summer we make all these plans. Some are getting left behind this time. We are really trying to focus on spending lots if quality time with our family and friends. The summers fly by entirely too fast. I don't want to miss a thing.
